Very satisfield with Andy, our sales guy however extremely distressed that it took 6 months from first order confirmation to delivery of the car. I have ordered many BMWs in the past and never waited longer than 3 months. You need to fix this.

Order placed in November. Phoned end of Feb. staff member had left 4 weeks previously. Not notified! Jemima Jenkins then allocated ot take over. She sorted out the problems and provided excellent help thereafter. She should be highly commended.
