- Document an IT Policy detailing how secure our networks are and how our business protects online data from Cyberattacks
- Ask customers whether they agree to receiving marketing communications and we will record their response accurately
- Continue with data protection procedures (confidential document shredding, password protection on internal documents, vigilant to persons entering our dealerships and regular IT Server backups)
Call Recordings
We are constantly looking to improve our service and your call may be recorded for training purposes. It is in our legitimate interest to record these calls to ensure that we consistently provide a high level of customer service. Under the GDPR legislation, you can exercise your right to be forgotten and have your phone recording deleted. If you wish to exercise this right, please contact us via email at compliance@dicklovett.co.uk with the following details: Your full name, your vehicle's registration number, the date/time of your call, and the telephone number that you called us from. We will then action your request within a maximum of 30 days.
